Position Summary: This role will be responsible for supporting the strategic development and execution of the web, social media, and e-mail program management including content editing, web analytics, social networking, and web based consumer loyalty programs. The successful candidate will implement an ecommerce strategic approach that aligns with Chamilia’s overall marketing strategy resulting in increased web presence and overall market share. Key Accountabilities: Ø Develop and manage online marketing programs, including web events, email campaigns, online advertising and social media campaigns Ø Support and operate the integration of online marketing with offline marketing initiatives Ø Partner cross functionally to understand business and marketing strategies, helping translate into applicable interactive experiences Ø Increase traffic to websites through various online marketing efforts, including search engine optimization, paid search campaigns, email campaigns and social media initiatives Ø Evaluate, recommend and grow emerging marketing platforms that include affiliate, mobile and social media strategies Ø Research, develop, and implement a web based loyalty program Ø Develop and implement an ecommerce approach focused on driving consumers to Chamilia’s online content Ø Serve as a liaison for Chamilia’s International teams in our direct and distributor markets to ensure a cohesive online marketing approach Ø Guide online campaign implementations and collaborate with Marketing Communications Director to optimize cross channel strategies (events, digital, print media, PR etc.) Ø Drive content strategy including content editing, email, search strategy, and analytics Ø Collaborate closely with Marketing Teams for special promotions/product pushes assuring alignment with brand initiatives and desired ROI Ø Track and deliver reports on revenue impact and cost effectiveness of online marketing initiatives/campaigns Ø Work with external vendors to create and enhance infrastructure to support the execution and optimization of interactive marketing campaigns Ø Participate in the development and oversight of interactive marketing business plan and budget Ø Ensures that all interactive marketing programs are executed per legal and regulatory compliance (e.g. DOI, Customer data privacy, etc) Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following education, work experience, and abilities: Education - - 7 to 10 years of Interactive Marketing experience ideally online marketing and ecommerce strategy, search engine optimization, paid search, web usability, social media, web analytics Experience - - Ø Experience in a broad range of online marketing practices, with in-depth understanding of customer and consumer behaviors. Good awareness of technology development and support processes Ø Project management –experience of managing online development projects. Ø Strong background in project management, internet design and analysis preferred Ø Proven ability to identify and create process and procedures to ensure integration across the business Leadership - - Experience managing cross functional teams; and managing external partners – digital design/web technology agencies, blogosphere and relevant social networks Operational Focus - - Possesses a demonstrated bottom line focus and a passion for creating strong operational partnerships that fully integrate and align with goals of the business with eh needs of the customer and managers. Communication Skills - - Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ø Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and ability to work cross-functionally. Ø Proven management skills, including ability to lead projects and outside vendors. Ø Ability to multitask and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities. Technical - - Ø An understanding of and demonstrated interest in web technology, including HTML, php, and multimedia production tools Ø Technically savvy - - an ambassador for social networking and non-traditional web marketing strategies
