Job Requirements / Description:
Individual will read Social Media content related to various industries (such as Communications and Entertainment; Retail and Manufacturing; Hotel and Gaming; and Financial Services) and manually highlight words and phrases that indicate negative sentiment and positive sentiment.
Responsibilities:
Individual will use the results of this review to assist in business rule development for Social Media Analytics projects.
Individual will also coordinate with other documentation specialists, technical resources, and project managers to ensure that results from the content reviews are provided in the appropriate format and timeframe.
Other duties will include, conducting reviews of social media content and identify content, as defined.
Assist in constructing business rules for social media analytics, based on keywords/phrases that denote positive and negative sentiment. Performs other duties, as assigned.
