- Working experience as a web site producer or project manager (we will consider junior and senior level candidates)
- Understanding of Web Technologies and related tools like HTML, Flash, Photoshop
- Strong understanding of Social Media, Social Networking, Games, or High Traffic, High Availability web
- Experience writing production specifications
- Experience with managing the timelines, budgets and lead collaborative efforts between business, design and technical teams
- Working experience with web advertisements, analytics, and growing site traffic
- Some experience doing Design and Graphics
What you'll be doing:
- Oversight of client facing web products
- Leading Project management and Production efforts
- Working collaboratively with Business, Design, and technical teams and client interfacing
- Development of production specifications and productions
- Ad Hoc Design and graphic
- Oversee the advertising and site traffic growth and analysis
- Collaborate on the development of social media games
